Patricia Layman, due to the death of her husband George Layman and future plans of moving will sell their collections at Live Public Auction.
Live Auction to be held at the Berlin Fair Grounds indoors with restrooms and off street parking. This large 1-owner collection had to be moved since there is no room in the yard or any parking what so ever at the owner’s house. This is an extra-large collection of many unique items, all to be sold to the highest bidder! There dozens of boxes packed away with many surprises to be found. 2-3 Auction Rings selling all day! Bring your trailers; all must be removed Auction day!

DIRECTIONS: East of Muskegon or west of Grand Rapids take I-96 to the Marne exit #23. South on 16th Ave. 1/5th of a mile to State St., west 1/5th mile to Berlin Fair Drive /Ironwood Dr, northwest to the Berlin Fairgrounds.
